摘要
在领导实践中领导风格存在组合的客观现象。本文采用多案例研究方法,探索领导者的领导风格组合特征和作用机理,在研究过程中结合项目生命周期相关情境特征,选取5位企业项目的领导者作为研究对象。从计划行为理论的视角研究发现,领导风格在具体事件中呈现自我导向维度组合、下属导向维度组合,及自我导向维度和下属导向维度之间组合的特征。本文构建的领导行为组合模型可以更好地梳理各个领导风格的特点,有利于领导者采取适当有效的领导风格组合。
The phenomenon of combination of leadership styles is common in practice.This paper used multiple-case study to explore the characteristics and mechanism of combination of leaders ’ leadership styles.In the research process,based on the relevant situational characteristics of project lifecycle,five leaders of enterprise projects were selected as research objects.From the perspective of the Theory of Planned Behavior,the research found that the leadership style presented the combination of self-directed dimension,subordinate-oriented dimension,and the combination of self-directed dimensions and subordinate oriented dimensions in specific events.The integration model of the leadership style constructed in this paper can better sort out the characteristics of each leadership style and help leaders to adopt appropriate and effective leadership style combination.
