短壁联采充填工艺提效措施研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 基于短壁联采密实充填工作面在推广应用过程中存在采掘效率低、支护制约生产、封堵效果差、运输效率低、上端头密封效果差、充填系统智能化水平低等问题,采用现场调研、工艺革新、引入提效设备等技术措施,来提高短壁联采密实充填工作面月产量。短壁联采密实充填工作面提效措施研究成果如下:(1)将现有的采掘设备进行改进,研究应用横轴式综掘机代替纵轴式综掘机并引入2台综掘机进行采掘提效;(2)引入充填工作面临时支护设备,提高支护效率,彻底解决支护制约生产的问题;(3)研究应用充填工作面后配套连续运输设备连续运输拐弯带式输送机,通过研究应用该设备提高充填工作面运输效率,改善职工作业环境;(4)研发了轻型组合模板并用于充填工作面下端头高效封堵,引入并应用自移式高效喷射机实现了充填工作面上端口的高效密封;(5)为建设智能化充填工作面,工作面充填已实现制浆及充矸系统的智能化建设,下一步将引入自动化控制装备实现地面下矸、制浆到井下充填的自动化一键启动控制功能。上述提效措施已在新矿集团部分矿井得到现场应用且效果良好,目前短壁联采密实充填工作面月产量已得到提高。短壁联采密实充填工作面提效技术措施的应用将为该技术奠定技术基础。 Based on the problems of low mining efficiency,support restricting production,poor sealing effect,low transportation efficiency,poor sealing effect at the upper end and low intelligent level of back filling system in the process of popularization and application of short wall combined mining dense back back filling working face,the technical measures such as field investigation,process innovation and introduction of efficiency improving equipment are adopted to improve the monthly output of short wall combined mining dense back filling working face.The results are as follows:(1)The existing mining equipment is improved,and the application of horizontal axis comprehensive digging machine instead of vertical axis comprehensive digging machine is studied,and two comprehensive digging machines are introduced to improve the mining efficiency;(2)The support equipment is introduced to improve the support efficiency and solve the problem of support restricting production;(3)Research and application of continuous transportation equipment after back filling face,continuous transportation of bending belt conveyor,through the research and application of the equipment to improve the transportation efficiency of back filling face and improve the working environment of workers;(4)The light combined formwork was developed and used for efficient sealing of the lower end of the back filling face.The introduction and application of the self-propelled high-efficiency jet machine and the upper end back filling pump realized the efficient sealing of the upper end of the back filling face;(5)In order to build an intelligent back filling working face,the intelligent construction of pulping and back filling system has been realized in the working face back filling.In the next step,automatic control equipment will be introduced to realize the automatic one key start-up control function of gangue under the ground,pulping to underground back filling.The above measures have been applied in some mines of xinkuang group,and the effect is good.At present,the monthly output of short wall combined mining dense back filling face has been improved.The application of the technical measures to improve the efficiency of the short wall combined mining dense back back filling work will lay a technical foundation for this technology.
