摘要
作为环境信息公开的重要组成部分,碳信息披露对于在各个交易所上市的公司而言尤为重要。对于行业领先的公司,跟踪和披露碳的使用足迹可以在一定程度上提高品牌声誉并有效地履行企业社会责任。在阐述碳信息披露及其市场反应相关文献的基础上,以我国电力行业上市公司中的中国华能国际电力股份有限公司为研究对象,采用事件研究法分析了其碳信息披露与股价的关系。结果表明,碳信息披露在短期内会对股价产生一定的影响,说明调整电力行业碳排放和加强碳信息披露管理对企业的可持续发展至关重要。最后,结合实证分析结果,从国家、政府、企业和投资者的角度提出相关政策建议。
As an important part of environmental information disclosure,carbon information disclosure is particularly important for companies listed on various exchanges.For industry-leading companies,tracking and disclosing carbon footprint can improve brand reputation and effectively fulfill corporate social responsibility to a certain extent.Based on the literature on carbon information disclosure and its market response,China Huaneng Power International Co.,Ltd.,a listed company in China’s power industry,is used as the research object to analyze the relationship between carbon information disclosure and stock price using the event research method.The results show that the disclosure of carbon information will have a certain impact on stock prices in the short term,indicating that how to adjust the carbon emissions of the power industry and strengthen the management of carbon information disclosure is crucial to the sustainable development of enterprises.Finally,combined with the results of empirical analysis,relevant policy recommendations are put forward from the perspective of the country,government,enterprises and investors.
