摘要
系统分析了煤炭工业规划设计研究院发展国际化业务进程中的主要优势因素、劣势因素、机会因素和威胁因素,基于SWOT分析提出了煤炭规划院国际化业务发展战略:构建国际化人才优秀团队,拓展业务范围,增强国际竞争力,建立与国际化经营相适应的管理模式,强化科学管理及风险防范,开拓国际视野,拓宽国际业务渠道,强化与其他类智库间合作共赢。
The main advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the development of the international business of the Coal Industry Planning Institute are systematically analyzed.Based on the SWOT analysis,the international business development strategy of the Coal Industry Planning Institute is proposed.Building an excellent team of international talents,expanding business scope,enhancing international competitiveness,establishing a management mode suitable for international operation,strengthening scientific management and risk prevention,expanding international vision,broadening international business channels,and strengthening win-win cooperation with other think tanks.
