摘要
煤矿企业事故应急预案在企业进行日常的安全生产过程中起着重要的保障作用,但其应急预案编制的过程中还存在很多问题。这些存在的问题在安全生产事故的突发情况下,不能及时有效地防止事故的扩大,减轻事故造成的经济损失,并带来严重的影响。煤矿企业应大幅度提高事故应急预案的编制水平,提升煤矿企业应对突发事故的能力,减少事故给企业带来的损失。基于煤矿企业应急预案编制的研究,对煤矿企业应急预案编制过程中,切实的提出应急预案编制中的问题,提出改善性建议。
Coal mine enterprise accident emergency plans play an important role in the daily safety production of enterprises,but there are still many problems in the process of preparing their emergency plans.These existing problems cannot effectively prevent the accident from expanding in a timely manner in the event of a safety production accident,mitigate the economic losses caused by the accident,and bring serious effects.Coal mining enterprises should greatly improve the level of preparation of accident emergency plans,enhance the ability of coal mining enterprises to respond to unexpected accidents,and reduce the losses caused to enterprises by accidents.Based on the research on the preparation of emergency plans for coal mine enterprises,the problems in the preparation of emergency plans for coal mine enterprises are practically raised,and improvement suggestions are given.
