摘要
提振二级学院自主发展意愿是近年来以"管理重心下移"为特征的高校校院两级体制改革的重要目标之一。探索把握改革过程中影响二级学院自主发展意愿的因素对于顺利推进改革、实现改革目标具有重要意义。本研究对104位高校二级学院负责人进行了问卷调查,通过偏最小二乘法结构方程模型的检验(PLS-SEM)发现:与权力―目标匹配性相比,改革过程中的目标适切性和反馈激励有效性更能够影响二级学院的自主发展意愿,其中反馈激励有效性对自主发展意愿的影响最大,学院的治理能力可以调节反馈激励有效性与自主发展意愿之间的关系。为更好地形成学院自主发展的意愿,研究建议:关注改革设计的系统性,理顺改革环节间的逻辑,注意推进步骤的设计。
In recent years,it is one of the important goals of the two-level system reform of colleges and universities characterized by the"downward management focus"to boost the autonomous development intention of the secondary colleges.It is of great significance to explore and grasp the factors that affect the autonomous development intention of secondary colleges in the reform process to promote the reform smoothly and achieve the reform goals.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 104 principals of secondary colleges in universities and partial least square structural equation model(PLS-SEM)test was used to find out compared with the power-goal matching.The target appropriateness and the feedback and incentive effectiveness in the reform process are more likely to affect the autonomous development intention of the secondary colleges.Among them,the effectiveness of feedback incentive has the greatest impact on the willingness to autonomous development,and the college’s governance ability can adjust the relationship between the effectiveness of feedback incentive and the willingness to autonomous development.The research suggests that to pay attention to the systematization of reform design,straighten out the logic among reform links,and promote the design of promotion steps are useful to better form the willingness of autonomous development of the college,and realize the smooth progress of reform and the achievement of goals.
