摘要
培养智能采矿人才,既是推动煤炭行业转型发展的必然要求,也是采矿工程专业改造升级的有效途径。基于OBE理念,构建了智能采矿人才培养课程体系。人才培养目标定位于掌握智能采矿基本理论和技术并具有国际竞争能力的高素质人才,据此确定了毕业生能力与素质及知识结构要求;通过分析智能采矿与传统采矿的差异,得出了智能采矿课程体系内在逻辑关系;按照"智能感知—智能决策—智能控制"主线,重构了智能采矿人才培养课程体系。新课程体系对人才能力素质培养及知识结构要求实现了全覆盖。
Cultivating intelligent mining talents is not only an inevitable requirement to promote China’s mining industry transformation and development,but also an effective way to transform and upgrade the major of mining engineering.Based on the concept of Outcome Based Education(OBE),the curriculum system of intelligent mining talent training is constructed.The goal of talent cultivation is to produce students with high quality talents who master the basic theory and technology of intelligent mining and have international competitive abilities.On this basis,the requirements of graduates’ability,quality and knowledge structure are determined accordingly.By analyzing the difference between intelligent mining and traditional mining,the inner logical relation of the intelligent mining curriculum system is obtained.According to the main line of"intelligent perception,intelligent decision-making and intelligent control,"the curriculum system of intelligent mining talent training is reconstructed.The new curriculum system fully covers the requirements of talents ability and quality training and knowledge structure.
