摘要
对比模拟分析多孔板预混燃烧和含有多孔板的金属纤维表面燃烧过程的火焰结构和温度分布特征。燃烧过程采用EDC模型模拟,金属纤维层中的湍流过程采用P-dL湍流模型模拟。模拟结果表明:相比于多孔板预混燃烧方式,含多孔板的金属纤维表面燃烧方式的局部反应热释放率更低,火焰温度分布更均匀,最高温度更低。在金属纤维层中添加多孔介质阻力特性和多孔介质湍流模型可以使金属纤维燃烧器蓝焰状态下的工作特性模拟更准确。
The characteristics of flame structure and temperature distribution of premixed combustion of porous plate and surface combustion of metal fiber burner containing the porous plate are compared,simulated and analyzed.The combustion process is simulated by EDC model,and the turbulence process in the metal fiber is simulated by P-d L turbulence model.The simulation results show that compared with the premixed combustion of porous plate,the local reaction heat release rate of surface combustion of metal fiber burner containing porous plate is lower,the flame temperature distribution is more uniform,and the maximum temperature is lower.The addition of the resistance characteristics of porous media and the turbulence model of porous media in the metal fiber layer can make the simulation of the metal fiber burner in the blue flame state more accurate.
