摘要
以上湾煤矿12403综采工作面生产过程中出现的局部冒顶事故为研究对象,分析认为矿压显现异常、地质条件较差、支架支护质量差、人员操作技能欠缺是导致冒顶事故发生的主要原因。根据冒顶事故发生原因及处理冒顶的不同阶段,针对性的采取工字钢架棚注罗克休造人工假顶、注马丽散加固煤壁、补打锚杆锚索加强支护、放炮处理大块矸石、处理支架倒架和咬架等一系列技术措施。现场应用效果表明:工字钢架棚注罗克休造人工假顶可对冒顶区域形成有效支撑,为作业现场提供安全空间;注马丽散和补打锚杆锚索可提高煤壁的完整性,对煤壁起到加固和推迟工作面周期来压的作用;放炮作业可提高大块矸石处理速度;采用煤机和油缸拖拽拉伸并结合降架收侧护板的方式,可实现快速扶倒架,为超大采高综采工作面处理机尾局部冒顶提供了借鉴。
Taking the local roof falling accident in the production of 12403 fully mechanized mining face of Shangwan Coal Mine as the research object,the analysis shows that the main reasons for the roof falling are abnormal rock pressure,poor geological conditions,poor support quality and lack of personnel operation skills.According to the causes of roof falling accident and the different stages of treatment of roof falling,a series of technical measures are taken,such as injecting rockxiu with the I-beam shed to make artificial roof,injecting malisan to reinforce the coal wall,reinforcing the anchor bolt and cable to strengthen the support,blasting to break the bulk gangue,treating the support falling and biting.Field application effect show that:The artificial roof constructed by the I-beam shed can form an effective support for the roof falling area and provide a safe space for the operation site.The integrity of the coal wall can be improved by injecting malisan and reinforcing anchor bolt and cable.It plays a very good role in strengthening the coal wall and postponing the working face periodical weighting,and the blasting can improve the processing speed of bulk gangue.By using the coal engine and oil cylinder dragging and stretching,with the support declining and drawing of the side protection plate,the fallen support can be quickly pulled up.
