钢骨架索膜结构储煤棚工程设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 结合钢骨架索膜结构工程实例,介绍了膜材选用的常用方法,对比分析了考虑与不考虑膜面和支承结构协同作用两种情况下的膜结构设计对主体骨架(管桁架)的影响,重点对比分析了骨架的变形、杆件的应力;同时分析了膜的主应力分布和变形,结果表明,将膜面和支承结构整体进行非线性分析,能更加准确地反映膜对支承结构内力及变形的影响,同时也能反映支承结构对膜材内力的影响,能够更加真实地体现膜材和支承结构间的相互作用。 In order to better serve the engineering design,the common methods of membrane material selection are introduced with the example of steel frame cable-membrane structure engineering,and the membrane structure design considering and not considering the synergy between the membrane surface and the supporting structure are compared and analyzed.At the same time,the principal stress distribution and deformation of the membrane are analyzed.It can more accurately reflect the influence of the membrane on the internal force and deformation of the supporting structure,and can also reflect the influence of the supporting structure on the internal force of the membrane material,which can more truly reflect the interaction between the membrane material and the supporting structure,and better control the design quality of membrane structure.
