摘要
元朝时期对天山南北各地的管辖治理是探索我国历朝管辖治理西域进程不可或缺的组成部分,成吉思汗对该地的统一和管辖进程,更具有开创性质和重大意义,故理应得到关注和重视。以往这方面成果不多。本文依据文献史料,在参考学界前贤研究基础上,对成吉思汗兴盛后对天山南北各地的统一进程和经营政策进行了比较系统的梳理和论述,以此求教于方家指正。
During the Yuan Dynasty,the rule and governance over the north and south of Tianshan Mountains was an indispensable chapter of the history of exploring how to manage and govern the Western Regions.Genghis Khan’s unification and governance of the region was more innovative and significant,to which more attention should be paid.Few achievements,however,were seen in this field in the past.Based on the historical documents and the research of the predecessors in the academic circle,this paper systematically combs and discusses the Genghis Khan’s unification history and management policies of the north and south of Tianshan Mountains after his ascension,with a keen wish inviting scholars to join and instruct.
