摘要
介绍了有机胺脱硫技术对铜冶炼过程环集烟气的作用机理,详细阐述了脱硫工艺中的SO2吸收与解析、有机胺溶液的净化等生产过程。通过贵溪冶炼厂的有机胺脱硫工艺与之前活性焦脱硫工艺的对比,可以得出有机胺脱硫在脱硫效率、作业率都有很大的提高,环集尾气排放SO2浓度可以控制50mg/m3以下,脱硫效率高达95.92%。
Desulfurization mechanism of flue gas collected from fugitive emission with organic amine in copper smelting was introduced.Production process of absorption and desorption of SO2,and purification of organic amine solution during desulfurization process were elaborated.Through comparison between organic amine desulfurization process and previous activated coke desulfurization process of Guixi Smelter,it can be found that desulfurization efficiency of organic amine desulfurization and operation rate are greatly improved.SO2 concentration in exhaust gas emission is 50 mg/m3 below,and desulfurization efficiency is as high as 95.92%.
