摘要
风沙的运动会导致多种自然灾害的发生,在强风沙运动的情况下,会引起沙尘暴天气,不仅污染自然环境、破坏作物生长,还会造成火灾、农业减产、建筑物倒塌、人畜伤亡等,严重影响国民经济建设和人民生命财产安全;此外,沙尘暴中的烟尘与粉尘还会携带细菌侵入到人体呼吸道内,进而危害呼吸道健康。针对当前乌海矿区沙尘运移缺乏有效观测手段的问题,设计了一种基于STM32的全方位自动集沙仪。本设备的研发主要包括控制系统设计和机械结构设计,可以在线获取矿区沙通量等信息并通过4G网络实时发送。全方位自动集沙仪有着精度高、自动化程度高、监测方位多等优点,经试验测量,其称量准确率在97%以上,为矿区内外沙尘运移观测提供了有效工具。
Wind-sand movement can lead to a variety of natural disasters.In the case of strong wind-sand movement,it can lead to sandstorm weather,which not only pollutes the natural environment and destroys the growth of crops,but also causes fires,agricultural production reduction,building collapse and human and animal casualties,and also affects seiously national economic construction and the safety of people’s lives and property.In addition,dust and smoke from dust storms can also carry bacteria into the human respiratory tract,which can harm the health of the respiratory tract.In view of the lack of effective observation means for sand and dust movement in Wuhai mining area,an all-round automatic sand collector based on STM32 is designed.The device mainly includes control system design and mechanical structure design.It can get information such as sand flux in mining area online and send it through 4G network in real time.The all-round automatic sand collector has the advantages of high accuracy,high automation and multiple monitoring positions.The measured result by experiments,the weighing accuracy of it is more than 97%,which provides an effective tool for observation of sand and dust movement inside and outside the mining area.
