摘要
针对煤矸石山生态治理工艺的需要,根据现有泥浆喷播机的结构特征,在保持原有机型结构基本不变的基础上,通过增加一套以螺杆泵为主体的泵送系统,使泥浆喷播机具备一机多用的功能。重点解决了泵型选择、取力形式、传动方式、进料及控制等关键技术,并对其进行空载和负载试验,性能达到设计要求。优化设计后的泥浆喷播机,在煤矸石山生态恢复工程中,能够提高设备利用率,有效降低施工成本,满足多用途施工要求。
According to the needs of the ecological treatment process of coal gangue mountain,based on the structural characteristics of the existing mud sprayer,on the basis of keeping the original organic structure basically unchanged,by through adding a pumping system with a screw pump as the main body,the mud sprayer has a multi-purpose function,also solving the key technologies such as pump type selection,power take-off form,transmission mode,feeding and also control,and carrying out no-load and load tests and meeting the design requirements.The optimized design of the mud-jetting machine can improve the utilization rate of equipment in the coal gangue mountain ecological restoration project,effectively reduce the construction cost and meet the requirements of multi-purpose construction.
