摘要
关于资本主义社会走向社会主义社会的历史趋势,一直以来被概括为“两个必然”,当下,理论界既要重视“两个必然”的结论,也要重视“两个已经”的结论:社会历史发展已经要求从资本主义社会走向社会主义/共产主义社会;社会主义公有制经济生存与发展的客观条件已经形成、具备。“两个已经”是贯穿马克思、恩格斯主要著作的核心思想,是马克思主义在国际共产主义运动中发挥巨大作用的关键。尽管世界资本主义整体上一直未能走向社会主义,世界社会主义运动又出现了苏东剧变、苏联解体的悲剧,但当代社会还是处于“两个已经”所指明的时代。当代社会信息化、全球化使“两个已经”具有更为成熟的生产力与技术基础,这是上层建筑状况与经济状况相互作用和历史合力作用的结果。
The historical trend from capitalism to socialism has been summarised as“two inevitables”.At present,the theoretical community should pay equal attention to the conclusion of“two inevitables”and that of“two alreadys”:that the historical development of human society has already called for a move from capitalism to socialism/communism and that the objective conditions for the existence and development of a socialist public economy have already been formed and fulfilled.The“two alreadys”,the central ideas that run through the major works of Marx and Engels,are the key to the great role of Marxism in the international communist movement.Although the global capitalism as a whole has not yet evolved into socialism,along with the dramatic changes in the Soviet Union and its collapse among the world socialist movement,contemporary society is still in the era defined by the“two alreadys”.The informatization and globalisation of the contemporary society have endowed the“two alreadys”with a maturer productive force and technological foundation,the result of the interaction and historical synergy between superstructure and economic conditions and the combined forces of history.
