摘要
目的观察个性化差异化心理护理对青少年阴茎包皮畸形手术治疗效果的影响。方法选取2020年10月~2022年6月我院收治的120例隐匿性阴茎手术患儿及包茎手术患儿,随机分为2组,对照组(60例)采用临床常规泌尿外科护理方案;观察组(60例)除给予常规护理外,入院后依据艾森克问卷(EPQ)儿童版调查表完成该组患儿心理测试,并依据测试结果给予患儿个性化差异化心理护理。结果观察组患儿焦虑值明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿家长护理前均存在较严重的焦虑情绪,护理后,观察组家属焦虑情绪较对照组缓解明显,焦虑分值下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿家长出院前对护理工作进行满意度评价,观察组患儿家长满意率为(90.21±3.11)%,对照组患儿家长满意率为(70.89±2.52)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论采用艾森克人格问卷将患儿心理分类,并依此给予儿童个性化差异化心理护理,既可有效缓解患儿及家长的焦虑情绪,还可提升护理质量,提高患儿及家长满意度,从而确保手术顺利实施。
Objective To investigate the effect of personalized and differentiated psychological nursing on the surgical treatment of prepuce deformity of the penis in adolescents.Methods From October 2020 to June 2022,120 children underwent concealed penis surgery or phimosis surgery in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group(60 persons)with a clinical routine urological nursing plan and the observation group(60 persons)with the routine care combined with personalized and differentiated psychological care according to the psychological test results of the EPQ Children’s Edition Questionnaire.Results The anxiety value of children in the observation group decreased significantly,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The parents of two groups of children had severe anxiety before nursing.After nursing,the anxiety of the observation group’s family members was significantly relieved compared to the control group,and the anxiety score decreased more significantly,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The parents of the two groups evaluated their satisfaction with nursing work before discharge.The satisfaction rate of the parents of the observation group was(90.21±3.11)%,while the satisfaction rate of the parents of the control group was(70.89±2.52)%;The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire enable clinicians and nurses to classify the psychological status of children and provide personalized and differentiated psychological care to children,which can effectively alleviate the anxiety of children and their parents,improve the quality of care,improve their satisfaction,and ensure the smooth implementation of the surgery.
