摘要
目的分析和探讨大肠癌患者术后及早接受中医药健脾治疗对生存质量的影响。方法该研究对象为上海市中医医院2010年1月1日至2014年11月30日期间收治的169例接受健脾复方治疗为主的大肠癌术后患者,采用回顾性研究,按术后开始中医药健脾治疗的时间进行分组,小于6个月为A组,大于6个月为B组。随访治疗6个月,采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量核心问卷(EORTC QLQ-C30)、欧洲五维健康量表(EQ-5D)、美国东部肿瘤协作组(ECOG)评分表、卡氏行为状态(KPS)评分等评价生存质量的变化。结果A组与B组在QLQ-C30量表(躯体功能领域、情绪功能领域、社会功能领域)、EQ-5D量表[行动能力、日常活动能力、疼痛/不舒服、焦虑/抑郁、视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、ECOG评分、KPS评分等方面治疗前后组内差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),部分评分两组治疗前后差值的组间比较差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且以上结果A组均优于B组。结论该研究提示术后及早进行中医药健脾干预可能提高患者生存质量,对患者的预后起到积极作用。
Objective To analyze and explore the impact of quality of life on post-operation colorectal cancer patients who received tonifying spleen treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods One hundred and sixty nine post-operation colorectal cancer patients were enrolled.These patients were treated by tonifying spleen prescription of TCM during January 1 st,2010 to November 30 th,2014 in Shanghai municipal hospital of TCM.Retrospective study was adopted.All patients were divided into two group,patients in group A received tonifying spleen treatment within 6 months after operation,and patients in group B received tonifying spleen treatment over 6 months after operation.Follow up period was 6 months.Quality of life was evaluated by QLQ-C30,EQ-5 D,ECOG,and KPS.Results Scores of QLQ-C30(somatic function domain,emotional function domain,society function domain),EQ-5 D(action capability,activity of daily life function,pain/uncomfortable,anxiety/depression,EQ-VAS),ECOG,and KPS were improved after treatment in both groups with significant statistical difference.When comparing changes of scores before and after treatment in group A and group B,several scores showed significant improvement in group A.Conclusion It indicated that early treatment of tonifying spleen prescription of TCM in post-operation colorectal cancer patients may improve the quality of life and show active impact on patient outcome.
