摘要
目的探讨疏肝健脾方对肝郁脾虚型心脏神经官能症患者的临床疗效并观察其对情绪状态的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年11月就诊于辽宁中医药大学附属医院的心脏神经官能症(肝郁脾虚型)患者84例,利用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例,对照组给予谷维素、酒石酸美托洛尔片和艾司唑仑片口服,观察组给予疏肝健脾方治疗,比较两组治疗后临床有效率和不良反应发生情况,治疗前后主要症状积分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分和汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分。结果观察组治疗后临床有效率高于对照组,两组患者治疗后心悸、胸闷、胸痛、气短、失眠、焦虑等主要症状积分均较同组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低更明显,观察组治疗后不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分和汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均较同组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低更明显。结论疏肝健脾方治疗肝郁脾虚型心脏神经官能症临床有效,可明显降低主要症状积分,改善患者的情绪状态且临床应用安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi Decoction(疏肝健脾方)on patients with liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type cardiac neurosis and observe its influence on emotional state.Methods A total of 84 patients with cardiac neurosis(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency)who were admitted to the affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,each with 42 cases,the control group was given oral oryzanol,metoprolol tartrate tablets and estazolam tablets,and the observation group was given Shugan Jianpi Decoction.The clinical effectiveness and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.The scores of main symptoms,Hamilton Depression Scale score and Hamilton Anxiety Scale score before and after treatment were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the scores of major symptoms such as palpitations,chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,insomnia,and anxiety were lower in the two groups than before treatment in the same group(P<0.05).The observation group decreased more significantly.The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The scores of the Hamilton Depression Scale and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment(P<0.05)and the observation group decreased more obvious.Conclusion Shugan Jianpi Decoction is clinically effective in treating cardiac neurosis of liver depression and spleen deficiency,can significantly reduce the main symptom score,improve the emotional state of patients,and is safe in clinical application.It is worthy of clinical application.
