摘要
风池穴为项七针的主要穴位之一,出自《灵枢·热病》,考诸古代众多医书记载及今之浩瀚文献的论述,往往使针灸临床工作者漫无头绪,从而无所适从,或望而却步。研究主要通过挖掘风池穴的古今文献,整理风池穴的定位和解剖结构,并对风池穴的临床应用做简要概述,同时从西医上阐释其治病机制,以期对临床工作者能安全、有效的应用此穴而有所裨益。
Fengchi(GB20)is one of the main acupoints of nape seven needles.It comes from Miraculous Pivot·Febrile Disease.It is discussed in many ancient medical books and the vast literature of today.It often makes acupuncture clinical workers confused,so they are at a loss,or are deterred.This study mainly through the excavation of ancient and modern literature of Fengchi(GB20),sort out the location and anatomical structure of Fengchi(GB20),and make a brief overview of its clinical application,at the same time,explain its treatment mechanism from Western medicine,in order to benefit clinical workers in the safe and effective application of this point.
