摘要
研究通过检索查阅知网、维普、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库中针灸治疗实寒证痛经的相关文献,从针刺、温针灸、艾灸、敷贴、特色针法等不同疗法治疗原发性和继发性实寒证痛经方面阐述近5年临床研究进展。总结得出,实寒证痛经的针灸疗法疗效明确、操作简便、人群普适、方法众多,但在如何量化证型、排除影响因素、规范治疗时间、研究镇痛机制、取得最佳疗效等方面,仍需积极探索。
The study describes the progress of clinical research in the past 5 years from the perspective of acupuncture,needle warming moxibustion,moxibustion,plaster therapy and other therapies for the treatment of primary and secondary dysmenorrhea.The relevant literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of dysmenorrhea due to cold syndrome were systematically searched in electronic databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database(VIP),PubMed,and Web of Science.It can be concluded that the acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for dysmenorrhea due to excess cold syndrome has clear curative effect,simple operation,universal population and methods.However,it still needs to actively explore that how to quantify syndrome types,exclude related factors,standard treatment time,study molecular mechanisms to achieve the best effect.
