摘要
根据昆明市森林资源现状、近五年来森林抚育实施情况和年度市级现地核实结果,分析了森林抚育中补贴标准、设计质量、政策、管理、间伐效果存在的问题。提出了选择恰当的森林抚育方式,加大政策、资金扶持等措施,以确保森林抚育取得显著成效,对昆明市开展森林抚育工作具有一定的参考价值。
According to the status quo of the forest resources in Kunming,the implementation of forest breeding in the past five years and the results of the annual city-level verification,the problems of subsidy standards,design quality,policies,management,and disadvantaged effects in forest breeding are analyzed.It has proposed the appropriate method of forest breeding and increased policies and funding support to ensure that forest nursery has achieved significant results and has certain reference value for the development of forest treatment in Kunming.
