电力企业人力资源培训管理在企业运营发展过程中的重要性不断提升。以职工培训类、人才评价类作为国网上海市电力公司党校(培训中心)(简称“学校”)内部模拟(简称内模)市场研究的对象,讨论了电力企业教培项目的市场来源,分析了课程结算单价及培训服务支出成本。利用两个方案讨论了学校内模市场收支平衡分析和学校内模市场运行方案。
The importance of human resource training management in electric power enterprises is increasing in the process of operation and development.Taking staff training and talent evaluation as the research objects of the internal simulation market of the Party School(Training Center)of State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company(hereinafter referred to as"school"),this paper discusses the market source of education and training projects in electric power enterprises,and analyzes the unit price of course settlement and the cost of training service.Two schemes are used for the break-even analysis and the operation of the school internal simulation market.
