摘要
随着各级政府对招商引资的重视,为企业构建一个良好的落地环境就显得十分必要,物流服务水平是企业考虑是否落地的重要因素,物流服务水平的高低对能否招商成功、招商后企业能够平稳运行发展都起到至关重要的作用。文章选取邢台市不同行业的122家企业,通过向企业发放问卷的方式了解邢台市的物流服务水平,从便利性、响应性、移情性、经济性四个维度出发创建指标体系,评价邢台市物流服务水平是否能满足企业的发展需要,结果显示移情性和经济性方面满意度较差,不同行业在物流服务的经济性方面存在差异,文章最后从政府、社会、物流企业不同角度提出了提高邢台市物流服务水平的建议。
With the attention of governments at all levels to investment promotion,it is necessary to build a favourable landing environment for enterprises.Logistics service level is an important factor for enterprises to consider whether to take root.The level of logistics service plays a vital role in the success of investment promotion and the smooth operation and development of enterprises after investment promotion.The article selects 122 enterprises in different industries in Xingtai City,and finds out the logistics service level of Xingtai City by issuing questionnaires to enterprises.It establishes an indicator system from the four dimensions of convenience,responsiveness,empathy and economy to evaluate whether the logistics service level of Xingtai City can meet the development needs of enterprises.The results show that the satisfaction is poor in empathy and economy,and there are differences in the economy of logistics services in different industries.Finally,suggestions are put forward to improve the logistics service level of Xingtai City from different perspectives of the government,society and logistics enterprises.
