油茶属山茶科植物,是世界四大木本食用油料植物之一,其种子多用于榨油,但对其叶片的利用和研究较少。本文就油茶叶的成分、利用情况进行阐述,为油茶叶的开发利用提供指导。
Camellia is a plant of the Camellia family and is one of the four largest woody edible oil plants in the world.Its seeds are mostly used for oil extraction,but its leaves are less used.This article reviews the composition and utilization of Camellia oleifera,and provides guidance for the in-depth development and research of Camellia oleifera.
