摘要
目的探究含柴胡-郁金药对(简称“柴胡-郁金”)的乳腺癌方剂组方规律及乳腺癌不同治疗阶段的组方用药特点,为柴胡-郁金药对在乳腺癌中医药治疗中的应用提供理论依据。方法收集整理乳腺癌治疗应用的中药方剂,录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)建立数据库,筛选出所有含柴胡-郁金的方剂,并分为巩固期和放化疗期的方剂,分别对这3组方剂的用药频次、组方用药模式进行分析。结果得到含柴胡-郁金方剂43首,常用配伍药物10种(频次≥10),常用药物组合11种(频次≥13),常与柴胡-郁金配伍的核心组合药物有白芍、白术、当归、茯苓、甘草;43首方剂中巩固期方剂26首,常用配伍药物25种(频次≥4),常用药物组合18种(频次≥6),核心组合药物有白芍、茯苓、甘草、白术,外围药物有合欢皮、女贞子、枸杞等;放化疗期方剂17首,常用配伍药物19种(频次≥4),常用药物组合18种(频次≥9),核心组合药物有当归、白术、黄芪、白花蛇舌草,外围药物有半枝莲、蒲公英、浙贝母、瓜蒌等。结论含柴胡-郁金的乳腺癌治疗方剂多配伍补虚药、行气药、清热化痰药和清热解毒药,扶正祛邪之法共用,巩固期多加以养阴清热安神药,放化疗期多配伍清热化痰解毒药。
Objective To explore the combination rules of Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix)-Yujin(Curcumae Radix)drug pair through the breast cancer prescriptions and the characteristics of prescriptions and medications at different stages of breast cancer treatment,so as to provide theoretical basis for the application of Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix)-Yujin(Curcumae Radix)drug pair in the treatment of breast cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of breast cancer were collected and sorted out and entered into the TCM Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5)to establish a database.All the prescriptions containing Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix)-Yujin(Curcumae Radix)were screened out and divided into the consolidation phase and the chemoradiotherapy phase.The frequency of medication,prescription medication mode were analyzed respectively.Results The screening obtained 43 prescriptions containing Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix)-Yujin(Curcumae Radix),10 kinds of commonly-used drugs(frequency≥10)and 11 kinds of commonly-used drug combinations(frequency≥13).The core combination drugs which were often compatible with Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix)-Yujin(Curcumae Radix)included Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Fuling(Poria)and Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma).There were 26 prescriptions for the consolidation period,25 kinds of commonly-used compatible drugs(frequency≥4)and 18 commonly-used drug combinations(frequency frequency≥6).The core combination drugs were Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Fuling(Poria),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)and Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma).The peripheral drugs included Hehuanpi(Albiziae Cortex),Nyuzhenzi(Ligustri Lucidi Fructus)and Gouqi(Lycii Fructus).There were 17 prescriptions for radiotherapy and chemotherapy,19 kinds of commonly-used drugs(frequency≥4)and 18 kinds of commonly-used drug combinations(frequency≥9).The core combination drugs were Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and Baihuasheshecao(Hedyotis Herba)and the peripheral drugs are Banzhilian(Scutellariae Barbatae Herba),Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba),Zhebeimu(Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus)and Gualou(Trichosanthis Fructus).Conclusion The breast cancer treatment prescriptions containing Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix)-Yujin(Curcumae Radix)are multi-matched with deficiency-tonifying drugs,Qi-promoting drugs,heat-clearing and phlegm-resolving drugs and heat-clearing and toxin-relieving drugs.The strengthening the body and eliminating evils method are used together.In the consolidation period,it is mostly added Yin-nourishing,heat-clearing and tranquilizing drugs.In the chemotherapy period,it is mostly equipped with heat-clearing,phlegm-resolving drugs and toxin-relieving drugs.
