摘要
目的观察傅氏加味补中益气汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法选取68例明确诊断为脾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的患者,随机均分成两组,治疗组和对照组各34例。对照组在接受健康护理及健康宣教的同时,每日口服给予二甲双胍片,治疗组则在前者的基础上加服傅氏加味补中益气汤。两组均治疗90 d,然后观察患者治疗前后中医证候总积分、血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)以及单侧卵巢小卵泡个数的变化。结果治疗后,两组患者的中医证候总积分、LH及T的含量均明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组在改善上述指标方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,两组患者的小卵泡个数均明显减少(P<0.01),且治疗组的减少幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论傅氏加味补中益气汤治疗脾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征,能显著改善患者的临床症状,并且明显纠正患者性激素的紊乱状态,疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fu’s Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(傅氏加味补中益气汤)in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Method Sixty-eight diagnosed patients,according to random number table method were divided into the treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group.The control group received metformin tablets orally every day while receiving health care and health education.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with Fu’s Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.The courses of two groups were both 90 days.TCM syndrome scores,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and testosterone(T)and the number of small follicles in the unilateral ovary were observed before and after treatment.Result After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes,the levels of LH and T of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the total scores of TCM syndromes,and levels of LH and T(P<0.01).After treatment,the number of small follicles in both groups was significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the reduction in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Fu’s Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type can significantly improve the patients’clinical symptoms and significantly correct the patients’sex hormone disorder.
