摘要
目的观察加味黄连温胆汤联合体外反搏对原发性高血压病(痰瘀互结型)患者的临床疗效及对自主神经功能的影响。方法该研究随机抽取门诊患者50例,入组患者均符合纳入标准,50例患者随机分为两组,每组25例。两组均根据患者病情给予个体化标准化西医降压方案(除β受体阻滞剂),治疗组联合应用加味黄连温胆汤,同时每日予1次体外反搏治疗,每次20 min,疗程均为4周,观察患者治疗前后的降压疗效、中医证候变化情况及心率变异性各项指标,记录并进行统计学分析。结果研究结束后,两组降压总有效率、中医证候改善情况、心率变异性各指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组以上指标(除LF/HF外)均较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论加味黄连温胆汤联合体外反搏治疗痰瘀互结型高血压病,降压效果明确,同时能有效改善患者中医证候,并对自主神经功能起到有益的调节作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction(加味黄连温胆汤)combined with extracorporeal counterpulsing on patients with essential hypertension(phlegm-blood stasis interaction type)and the effect on autonomic nerve function.Methods A total of 50 patients who met the inclusion criteria were included in this study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 25 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with individualized standardized western hypertension treatment scheme(except beta-blockers).The medicine treatment group was combined with Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction.At the same time,the patients were treated with external counterpulsation once a day with 20 min for each time,lasting for 4 weeks.The anti-hypertensive efficacy,changes of TCM syndromes and various indexes of heart rate variability were observed,recorded and statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of blood pressure,the improvement of TCM syndrome scores and the indexes of heart rate variability in the two groups were all better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(except LF/HF)(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with extracorporeal counterpulsation has a clear anti-hypertensive effect on phlegm-blood stasis interaction type of hypertension,and can effectively improve the TCM syndrome scores and plays a beneficial regulating role on autonomic nerve function.
