摘要
目的分析头电针治疗对帕金森病患者的情绪及认知障碍的影响。方法以医院2017年5月—2019年10月收治的104例帕金森患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,对照组52例予以常规治疗,试验组52例予以头电针治疗,对比两组疗效、情绪及认知功能。结果治疗后,试验组有效率是96.15%,比对照组的76.92%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组情绪调节量表中重新评价维度评分为(37.11±4.04)分,比对照组的(30.16±4.20)分高,而表达抑郁维度评分为(12.03±3.09)分,比对照组的(15.78±3.18)分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组蒙特利尔认知评估评分是(27.11±2.03)分,比对照组的(19.96±1.48)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头电针治疗有助于提升帕金森病患者的疗效,提升其情绪调节能力,并改善认知功能,防止认知障碍情况出现。
Objective To analyze the effects of scalp electroacupuncture on mood and cognitive impairment in patients with Parkinson′s disease.Methods A total of 104 cases of Parkinson′s disease patients were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to October 2019 and divided into control group and experimental group according to computer digital meter methods.Fifty-two cases in the control group were given conventional treatment,and 52 cases in the experimental group were treated with scalp electroacupuncture.The curative effect,mood and cognitive function between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 96.15%,which was higher than 76.92%of the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The reevaluation dimension score in the emotion regulation scale(ERS)of the experimental group was(37.11±4.04)points,which was higher than that[(30.16±4.20)points]in the control group,while the expression depression dimension score was(12.03±3.09)points,which was significantly lower than that[(15.78±3.18)points]in the control group,with statistically(P<0.05).The montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)score of the experimental group was(27.11±2.03)points,which was significantly higher than that[(19.96±1.48)points]in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp electroacupuncture can help to improve the curative effect of the patients with Parkinson′s disease and improve their ability to regulate emotions,as well as improve cognitive function to prevent cognitive impairment.
