摘要
研究旨在探索茶多酚对副猪嗜血杆菌作用效果。试验采用试管法测定茶多酚对副猪嗜血杆菌的最小抑菌浓度,并通过副猪嗜血杆菌感染小鼠,观察茶多酚对小鼠的保护力;采用离子泄漏测定分析茶多酚对副猪嗜血杆菌细胞膜通透性的影响。结果显示:茶多酚对副猪嗜血杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为10 g/L;高剂量茶多酚对人工感染副猪嗜血杆菌小鼠具有一定的治疗效果,可以提高小鼠抵抗副猪嗜血杆菌感染的能力;细胞膜渗透试验中,随着浓度的增大,OD_(600nm)值也随之增大,表明泄漏物随之增多,茶多酚可作用于副猪嗜血杆菌的细胞膜,改变其通透性。研究表明,茶多酚对副猪嗜血杆菌具有抑制作用,并且抑菌效果随着茶多酚浓度增加而增强。
The purpose of the study was to explore the effect of tea polyphenols on Haemophilus parasuis. The minimal inhibitory concentration of tea polyphenols on Haemophilus parasuis was determined by test tube method, and mice were infected by Haemophilus parasuis to observe the protective effect of tea polyphenols on mice. The effect of tea polyphenols on the membrane permeability of Haemophilus parasuis was analyzed by ion leak assay. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of tea polyphenols on Haemophilus parasuis was 10 g/L. High dose tea polyphenol has certain therapeutic effect on mice artificially infected with Haemophilus parasuis, and can improve the ability of mice to resist the infection of Haemophilus parasuis. In the cell membrane permeability test, with the increase of concentration, the OD600nmvalue also increases, indicating that the leakage increases. Tea polyphenols can act on the cell membrane of Haemophilus parasuis and change its permeability. The study indicates that tea polyphenols had inhibitory effect on Haemophilus parasuis, and the inhibitory effect increased with the increase of tea polyphenols concentration.
