摘要
研究旨在探索速眠新Ⅱ与舒泰50对中华田园犬复合麻醉的配比和使用剂量,将24只中华田园犬随机分为8组,每组试验犬3只。设单独使用速眠新Ⅱ和单独使用舒泰50的对照组,以及使用速眠新Ⅱ与舒泰50复合麻醉的6组(速眠新Ⅱ与舒泰50配比分别为2∶8、5∶5、8∶2,各组用药比例分别按照0.08和0.10 mL/kg的用药剂量给药)。各组均采用皮下注射给药,比较各组犬的麻醉相关时间和相关生理指标。结果显示:在使用速眠新Ⅱ和舒泰50混合麻醉的各组中,以试验2组平均诱导时间最短,试验5组最长,分别为3.4和4.4 min;试验1组平均麻醉时间最短,试验4组最长,分别为35.3和55.5 min;试验6组平均苏醒时间最短,试验1组最长,分别为4.3和10.3 min;试验1组~试验4组犬的平均体温数值在参考范围内,试验1组、试验2组犬平均呼吸频率数值在参考范围内,试验5组、试验6组犬平均心率数值在参考范围内。研究表明,速眠新Ⅱ与舒泰50体积比为5∶5、按0.10 mL/kg剂量麻醉时能够满足一般临床手术需要,试验犬各项生理指标良好,可达到理想的临床麻醉要求,具有临床推广应用价值。
The purpose of the study was to explore the proportion and dosage of compound anesthesia of Sumianxin Ⅱand Zoletil 50 for Chinese garden dogs. A total of 24 Chinese garden dogs were randomly divided into eight groups, with three dogs in each group. The control group that used Sumianxin Ⅱ alone and Zoletil 50 alone, and the six groups that used Sumianxin Ⅱ and Zoletil 50 combined anesthesia(the ratio of Sumianxin Ⅱ to Zoletil 50 was 2∶8, 5∶5, 8∶2 respectively,and the drug dosage of each group was 0.08 and 0.10 mL/kg respectively) were set up. The dogs in each group were injected subcutaneously to compare the anesthesia related time and related physiological indicators. The results showed that among the groups under combined anesthesia of Sumianxin Ⅱ and Zoletil 50, the average induction time of group 2was the shortest, and that of group 5 was the longest, 3.4 min and 4.4 min, respectively. The average anesthesia time of group 1 was the shortest, and that of group 4 was the longest, 35.3 min and 55.5 min, respectively. The average awakening time of group 6 was the shortest, while that of group 1 was the longest, 4.3 min and 10.3 min, respectively. The average temperature value of dogs in group 1~group 4 was within the reference range, the average respiratory rate value of dogs in group 1 and group 2 was within the reference range, and the average heart rate value of dogs in group 5 and group 6 was within the reference range. The study indicates that when the volume ratio of Sumianxin Ⅱ to Zoletil 50 is 5∶5 and the dose is 0.10 mL/kg, the general clinical operation needs can be met. The physiological indicators of the test dogs are good, which can meet the ideal clinical anesthesia requirements, and has clinical application value.
