摘要
低温甲醇洗技术主要利用低温甲醇除去气化粗煤气中CO2、H2S以及COS等酸性气体,是脱硫和脱碳工艺中比较常用且效果较好的一项技术。本文介绍了低温甲醇洗技术的工艺流程和特点,分析了甲醇溶剂在脱硫脱碳工艺中的独特优势,就国内外低温甲醇洗工艺技术进行了比较,并对低温甲醇洗技术在目前实际应用过程中存在的问题进行了探讨,提出了相应的改进和发展建议。
Low temperature methanol washing technology,which uses methanol to remove CO2,H2S,COS and other acid gases from gasified raw gas under high pressure and low temperature,is a common and effective technology in desulfurization and decarbonization process.In this paper,the process flow and characteristics of low-temperature methanol washing technology were introduced,the unique advantages of methanol solvent in desulfurization and decarbonization process were analyzed,the domestic and foreign low-temperature methanol washing technologies were compared,some problems existing in the current practical application process of low-temperature methanol washing technology were discussed,and the corresponding improvement and development suggestions were put forward.
