我国研究型大学跨学科组织建设的困境与突破 被引量:19

On the Difficulties and Breakthroughs of the Interdisciplinary Organization Construction of Research Universities in China

摘要 "双一流"建设呼唤学科发展机制创新,跨学科组织创立既是积极回应国家发展战略以及学科发展的需求,又是研究型大学提升核心竞争力的内在要求,因此研究型大学普遍把跨学科组织作为一种重要的创新组织形式。但由于受传统的院系单位制、学科文化等因素的影响,我国研究型大学跨学科组织发展非常缓慢,存在运行机制不明晰、多主体协作和资源整合困难、跨学科组织制度滞后等问题。推动跨学科组织的改革与发展,需要解放思想,树立多元化的跨学科组织治理理念;转变管理模式,给予大学更多自主权;创新跨学科组织结构,实现扁平化管理和完善跨学科组织制度等。 The construction of"Double First-class"universities calls for the innovation of discipline development mechanism.An interdisciplinary organization is generally regarded as an important innovative organizational form in research universities.The establishment of interdisciplinary organizations is not only a positive response to the national development strategy and the needs of discipline development,but also the internal requirements of enhancement of their core competitiveness for research universities.However,the development of interdisciplinary organizations in China’s research universities is very slow due to the influence of traditional department system,discipline culture and other factors.The main problems include ambiguous operation mechanism,difficulties in multi-agent cooperation,difficulty in resource integration and lagging behind in interdisciplinary organization system.In order to promote the reform and development of interdisciplinary organizations,we need to emancipate our minds,establish diversified concepts of interdisciplinary organizational governance,break through disciplinary barriers,establish open and interactive interdisciplinary organizations,innovate interdisciplinary organizational structure,realize flat management;change management model,give university more autonomy,and improve interdisciplinary organizational system and so on.
