摘要
基于知识管理视角,对我国积极应对人口老龄化战略背景下个体行权相关问题进行整合,有助于从需求侧为提升我国老龄社会内生动力提供实践进路。以我国积极应对人口老龄化战略为背景,分析个体行权活动所需关键知识及相关知识管理问题的特征,从构建促进个体行权的系统性知识管理体系、创造良好的知识表达条件、提高个体的知识表达能力、提升接口知识的客户化管理水平、建立知识产生和运用的柔性管理机制、以人为本发挥传统文化优势、基于长期视角建立个体知识创造与积极应对人口老龄化战略互动机制等方面,提出推进个体行权的知识管理策略。分析结果显示,知识管理重点与我国积极应对人口老龄化战略背景下个体行权活动的简繁变化趋势具有结构性对应关系,说明围绕个体行权构建知识管理体系,可以与我国积极应对人口老龄化战略进程实现步调一致。
Integrating issues related to individual exercise of rights from the perspective of knowledge management helps to provide a practical way forward for enhancing the endogenous dynamics of China’s aging society from the demand side.Against the background of actively responding to population aging in China,this paper analyzed characteristics of relevant knowledge management problems and the key knowledge required,and proposed knowledge management strategies related to individual exercise of rights from aspects of building a systematic knowledge management system,creating good knowledge expression conditions,improving individual knowledge expression abilities and customized management of interface knowledge,establishing a flexible management mechanism for knowledge generation and application and giving full play to advantages of traditional culture from a humanoriented perspective.This paper also focused on putting forward knowledge managing strategies and promoting interactions between individual knowledge creation and actively responding to population aging from a long-term perspective.Results show that there is a structural correspondence between the focus of knowledge management and trend changes in the simplicity and complexity of individual right exercise,indicating that developing a knowledge management system around individual exercise of rights can be consistent with actively coping with population aging in China.
