琳达·达林-哈蒙德教师教育思想及其实践述评

摘要 美国教师教育专家琳达·达林-哈蒙德基于长期的教育理论研究与教育实践探索,逐步形成了颇具价值的教师教育思想,其内容涵盖促进每位学生有意义学习的目标观、整合理论与实践的课程观、在教学中学会教学的教学观,以及指向教师专业发展的评价观。哈蒙德始终坚持教育的民主化,并扎根于实践,基于系统思维改革教师教育,对当代美国基础教育领域的改革产生了深远影响。探索哈蒙德关于教师教育的独到见解,对于当下推动我国提升师范院校、综合性大学教师教育的实效性,优化教师评价体系及培养优质乡村教师,乃至实现基础教育公平且高质量的发展均有重要的借鉴意义。 Linda Darling-Hammond,an American expert in teacher education,has developed a valuable philosophy of teacher education based on her long-term research in educational theory and practice,which includes a goal-based view of promoting meaningful learning for every student,a curriculum-based view of integrating theory and practice,a pedagogical view of learning to teach in teaching,and an evaluation view that points to teachers’professional development.Hammond’s ideas on teacher education include the goal of promoting meaningful learning for every student,the curriculum that integrates theory and practice,the teaching that learns from teaching,and the evaluation that points to teachers’professional development.Hammond’s commitment to the democratization of education,rooted in practice and based on systems thinking to reform teacher education,has had a major impact on contemporary American education.It is useful to explore Hammond’s unique insights on teacher education in order to promote the effectiveness of teacher education in China’s teacher training colleges and universities,and to deepen the cooperation between primary and secondary schools in order to train high-quality teachers and contribute to the high-quality development of basic education.
