摘要
内蒙古高寒地区某110kV高压输电线路架空地线发生断裂。通过宏观分析、断口分析、金相检验、力学性能试验、接续管压接质量检验等方法对架空地线的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:架空地线钢丝表面存在脱碳层,且脱碳层内存在大量裂纹,严重降低了钢丝的疲劳抗力;架空地线接头压接质量不合格,接续管弯曲变形严重,接续管端口与架空地线钢丝接触部位产生了较大的疲劳应力,二者共同作用使得架空地线钢丝表面形成微动疲劳裂纹,最终导致架空地线断裂。
Overhead ground wire of a 110 kV high voltage transmission line fractured in alpine region of Inner Mongolia.The fracture causes of overhead ground wire were analyzed by means of macroscopic analysis,fracture analysis,metallographic examination,mechanical property test and crimping quality examination of splice tube.The results show that there was a full decarburization layer on the steel wire surface of the overhead ground wire,and there were a lot of cracks in the decarburization layer,which seriously reduced the fatigue resistance of the steel wire.The joint crimping quality of the overhead ground wire was unqualified,the bending deformation of the splice tube was serious,and a large fatigue stress formed at the contact part between the end of the splice tube and the overhead ground wire.The combination of the two caused fretting fatigue cracks on the surface of the steel wire of the overhead ground wire,which eventually led to the fracture of the overhead ground wire.
