摘要
学分互认教学管理是跨校整合教育资源、提高学生培养水平的重要环节。教师基于权变理论,以某校为例来分析医学类高校学分互认教学管理中在信息管理、制度执行以及学生权利等方面的现状,通过构建第三方平台、完善配套制度、增加学生的自主权有针对性地探寻学分互认教学管理的新途径。
Credit transfer,based on contingency theory,is the integral part of cross-school resources integration,students training improvement.Taking a college as an example,the teacher analyzes the status quo of teaching management from different aspects:information management,the execution of present rules,student rights and so on.It aims to explore new ways in credits mutual transfer teaching management by constructing the third party platform,improving supporting system,and increasing the students’autonomy.
