摘要
文中介绍了一种新型S波段超大功率合成固态功放。针对万瓦级脉冲固态功放的使用需求,采用小型化微带合成技术和高效空间波导合成技术,设计了具有双同轴探针结构的E面波导T型合成器,在300 MHz的带宽内,回波损耗均小于-23 dB,频带内信号插损小于0.05 dB。实测过程中,功放输出的脉冲功率峰值可达77.5 dBm(55 kW),功率平坦度小于0.5 dB,小信号功率增益不低于60 dB,最大脉冲宽度5μs,工作比2‰,波导合成效率大于90%。该功放实现了16路自研4500 W末级功率管的高效功率合成,研究和解决了超大功率下的波导内场强击穿问题。
A newly S-band super-high-power solid-state combining amplifier is introduced in this paper.According to the application requirements of ten-kilowatt-level solid-state pulse power amplifier,using miniaturized techniques of microstrip synthesis and efficient spatial waveguide power combining technology,the E-Plane Waveguide T-type synthesizer with double coaxial transition probes is designed in this paper,and in 300 MHz bandwidth,the return loss is less than-23 dB,the signal insertion loss in frequency band is less than 0.05 dB.In the measurement process,the peak pulse power of the power amplifier output can reach 77.5 dBm(55 kW),flatness is less than 0.5 dB,small signal power gain is better than 60 dB,the maximal pulse width of the power amplifier is 5μs,its duty cycle is 2‰,and the power synthesizing efficiency is more than 90%.The power amplifier achieved a high efficiency of power combining with 16-way 4500 W final power tubes by simulation and structural optimization,while researching to solve the problem that field strength breakdown under super-high-power condition.
