摘要
中国特色现代学徒制下高职学生教育管理目前存在校企管理理念差异大、双导师队伍建设质量不高、管理主体协同管理合力不足、校企融合管理方式有待优化等现实问题。基于此,文章提出中国特色现代学徒制下高职学生教育管理提升策略:坚持高质量管理理念,培养高素质技能型人才;加强“双导师”师资队伍建设,协助学生到学徒身份的转换;创新教育管理运行模式,增强教育管理主体的合力;健全双主体管理机制,为推行中国特色现代学徒制学生教育管理提供保障。
Under the modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,there are currently practical problems in the education management of vocational college students,such as significant differences in school enterprise management concepts,low quality of dual mentor team construction,insufficient collaborative management among management entities,and the need for optimization of school enterprise integration management methods.Based on this,the article proposes strategies for improving the education management of vocational college students under the modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics:adhering to the concept of high-quality management and cultivating high-quality skilled talents;Strengthen the construction of the"dual mentor"teaching staff and assist students in transitioning to apprenticeship status;Innovate the operational mode of education management and enhance the synergy of education management entities;Establish a sound dual subject management mechanism to provide guarantees for the implementation of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics in student education management.
