摘要
家校共育是当前高校心理健康教育的重要组成部分,但当下部分高校心理健康教育工作存在着意识不足、措施不到位等问题,导致家校共育空泛化、行政化和纯网络化。文章以生态系统理论为指导建构“高校家校共育体系”,在“普及教育”“成长辅导”“心理咨询”“危机干预”四个层面开展工作,有助于提升心理育人实效,具体表现:普及教育层面,在课程和活动中融入家庭心理与家庭教育;成长辅导层面,由辅导员与家长协同共育解决学生心理困惑;心理咨询层面,将家庭治疗理念运用于个体咨询并开展家庭咨询;危机干预层面,在排查、干预、追踪过程中调动家庭资源,共同做好安全保护、情绪安抚、危机化解和后续帮扶。
Family school co-education is an important component of current mental health education in universities,but there are problems with insufficient awareness and inadequate measures in some universities'mental health education work,leading to the generalization,administration,and pure networking of family school co-education.Guided by ecosystem theory,constructing a"family school co-education system in universities"and carrying out work at the four levels of"universal education,growth counseling,psychological counseling,and crisis intervention"can help improve the effectiveness of psychological education.Specifically,it is manifested as:integrating family psychology and family education into the curriculum and activities of universal education;At the level of growth counseling,counselors and parents collaborate to solve students'psychological confusion;At the level of psychological counseling,apply the concept of family therapy to individual counseling and carry out family counseling;At the level of crisis intervention,family resources are mobilized in the process of troubleshooting,intervention and tracking,and security protection,emotional comfort,crisis resolution and follow-up assistance are jointly carried out.
