摘要
目的:探讨Peyton教学法在腹腔镜基础操作技能教学中应用的有效性及科学性。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年2月在广西医科大学附属武鸣医院实习的50名学生为研究对象;随机数字表将其分为采用Peyton教学法的试验组(n=25)和采用传统教学方法的对照组(n=25);课后进行问卷调查和技能考核,采用SPSS20.0统计软件对结果进行X^(2)(Fisher’s精确检验)或检验。结果:和对照组相比,试验组精准夹豆、剪切纸片、缝合打结的成绩明显提高(P<0.05),学习积极性、理论知识掌握程度、教学满意度也均显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:Peyton教学方法应用于腹腔镜基础操作技能教学,效果优于传统教学模式的,值得在临床医学技能教学中进一步推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness and scientificity of the Peyton teaching method in the teaching of laparoscopic basic operating skills.Method:Fifty students who interned at Wuming Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects;Divide them into an experimental group using Peyton teaching method(n=25)and a control group using traditional teaching method(n=25)using a random number table;After class,conduct a questionnaire survey and skill assessment,and use SPSS 20.0 statistical software to perform a 2(Fisher's exact test)or test on the results.Result:Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed a significant improvement in accuracy in clamping beans,cutting paper pieces,and sewing knots(P<0.05),as well as a significant increase in learning motivation,mastery of theoretical knowledge,and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Peyton teaching method is better than traditional teaching methods in teaching laparoscopic basic operating skills,and it is worth further promoting and applying in clinical medical skill teaching.
