职业能力提升理念下高校资助育人高质量发展方案研究——基于受助转型视角

Research on the High Quality Development Plan of University Funded Education under the Concept of Vocational Ability Enhancement——Based on the perspective of assisted transformation

摘要 现阶段,职业教育改革须结合“十四五规划”的要求逐步深入推进,高校资助工作的落实更需要追求高质量发展,通过提升学生的职业能力,从而为其提供更多的受助资源。文章通过文献研究与实践分析,提出职业能力提升背景下的高职院校资助育人高质量发展需通过培养正确的职业意识、辅助学生合理规划职业生涯、针对性提升学生的职业能力、协助学生获得稳定的职业发展空间等措施,实现转换高校贫困生受助侧重点、扶助其获得更好的职业化发展的目标。 At present,the reform of vocational education must be gradually deepened in accordance with the requirements of the 14th Five Year Plan.The implementation of university funding work requires the pursuit of high-quality development,and by improving students'professional abilities,more resources for assistance can be provided.Through literature research and practical analysis,it is found that in the context of vocational ability enhancement,higher vocational colleges need to cultivate correct professional awareness,assist students in reasonable career planning,targeted improvement of students'professional abilities,and assist students in obtaining stable career development space to achieve the goal of transforming the focus of aid for impoverished college students and helping them achieve better professional development.
