摘要
当前,石油工程逐渐向数字化、智能化、自动化方向发展,对人才素质也提出了新的要求。文章首先分析了信息技术对石油工程的影响,以及信息化背景下对石油工程人才的新要求,随后探讨了石油工程专业人才培养面临的挑战,包括课程设置和教学方法的不足,实践能力和创新能力的缺乏,最后提出了相应的对策和建议:加强学科交叉与融合、强化实践环节、与企业合作、建立创新实验室等,以提高石油工程专业人才素质、推动石油工程领域的发展。本文对石油工程专业教学改革和人才培养具有参考意义。
The petroleum engineering industry is gradually shifting towards digitalization,intelligence,and automation,which have imposed new requirements on the quality of personnel.This article first analyzes the impact of information technology on petroleum engineering and the new requirements for personnel in the context of informatization.It then explores the challenges facing the training of professional talents in petroleum engineering,including inadequate curriculum settings and teaching methods,as well as a lack of practical and innovative abilities.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,including strengthening cross-disciplinary and integrated disciplines,enhancing practical components,collaborating with enterprises,and establishing innovative laboratories to improve the quality of petroleum engineering professionals and promote the development of the petroleum engineering industry.This article is of reference significance for the educational reform and talent cultivation of the petroleum engineering profession.
