摘要
目的:对比在实习阶段有老年专科实习经历与非老年专科实习经历对高职护生在老年护理专业知识认知、信念与行为实施的影响。方法:90名高职护生根据实习安排分为观察组与对照组,各45例。观察组轮转科室包括老年科,对照组轮转科室不包括老年科。比较两组学生在老年护理专业知识认知、态度与行为实施的影响。结果:有老年专科实习经历的高职护生与非老年专科实习经历的高职护生相比,在老年护理专业知识得分上分别为17.48±4.11和15.05±5.89,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在毕业后愿意从事老年护理的意愿、与护理行为实施患者满意度上,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为高职学生设置老年专科实习,有助于提升高职护生对老年护理专业的知识认知和增强学生毕业后从事老年护理的意愿,促进老年护理事业的发展。
Objective To compare the influence of the internship experience of geriatric college and non-geriatric college on the implementation of the professional knowledge cognition, belief and behavior of higher vocational nursing students in geriatric nursing. Methods According to the internship arrangement, 90 higher vocational nursing students were divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases each. The rotation department of the observation group included the geriatric department, and the rotation department of the control group did not include the geriatric department. The effects of professional knowledge perception, attitude and behavior implementation in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with higher vocational nursing students with geriatric practice experience and non-geriatric practice students, the scores of geriatric nursing professional knowledge were 17.48 ± 4.11 and 15.05± 5.89, respectively(P <0.05), and in patient satisfaction and nursing behavior(P <0.05). Conclusion The geriatric college practice for higher vocational students is helpful to improve the knowledge cognition of geriatric nursing students and enhance the students’ willingness to engage in geriatric nursing after graduation, and promote the development of geriatric nursing career.
