摘要
在新工科背景下,针对半导体物理课程知识体系陈旧、教学形式单一、学生参与度低等问题,通过网络环境下的教学改革实践,探索有利于适应新工科人才需求的教学模式。在教学内容中融入产业新成果,结合时事热点与学科前沿更新知识内容,实现基础性和前瞻性的紧密结合;充分利用网络智慧教学工具,构建研究性教学活动体系,开拓学生的创新思维和实践能力,实施多元动态课程评价,为理论性强、难度较大的工科专业课程开展混合式教学改革提供借鉴。
Under the background of emerging engineering education,this paper explores the teaching mode conducive to meet the needs of new engineering talents through the teaching reform of Semiconductor Physics course under internet environment,to solve the problems of obsolete knowledge system,single teaching form and low participation of students.Teaching contents are updated with hot current events and subject frontier and integrated with new industrial achievements,to achieve a close combination of foundation and foresight.Making full use of the online intelligent teaching tools,an inquiry-based teaching activity system is constructed to develop the innovative thinking and practical ability of students and the dynamic multi-dimensional evaluation are implemented,providing reference for the blended teaching reform of highly theoretical and difficult engineering professional courses.
