摘要
医学院校作为医学人才的培养基地,对我国医疗卫生事业的发展起着非常重要的作用,随着社会的发展,医学院校更加重视医学生创新创业能力的培养,但当前医学生的创新创业能力仍有待提升。文章以河北省医学院校为例,通过问卷调查和质性访谈的方法随机选择300名学生和30位教师,调查分析河北省医学生创新创业能力现状,探索医学生创新创业能力培养的对策。具体对策建议如下:一是增强医学生对创新创业能力的重视度;二是加强创新创业指导教师团队的建设;三是拓宽医学生提升创新创业能力的途径。
As a training base for medical talents,medical colleges and universities play a very important role in the development of China’s medical and health undertakings.With the development of society,medical colleges and universities pay more attention to the cultivation of medical students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability,but the current innovation and entrepreneurship ability of medical students still needs to be improved.Taking medical colleges and universities in Hebei Province as an example,300 students and 30 teachers were randomly selected through questionnaires and qualitative interviews to investigate and analyze the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of medical students in Hebei Province,and explore the countermeasures to cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship ability of medical students.The specific countermeasures and suggestions are as follows:First,strengthen the medical students’attention to innovation and entrepreneurship;Second,strengthen the construction of the team of innovation and entrepreneurship guidance teachers;Third,broaden the way for medical students to improve their innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
