摘要
针对工科类学生特点,教师应在其职业生涯规划的自我认知、职业认知、就业能力培养等教学环节,开展多元化的思政教育,将职业生涯规划课程与工程实践创新教学相融合,将职业生涯规划课程与教育部样板支部建设相结合。教师通过工程实践现场体验、骨干企业调研、追寻红色记忆、楷模人物访谈、党员谈心谈话等,深入挖掘生涯规划课程中所蕴含的思政元素和承载的德育功能,实现思政教育与专业生涯规划知识传授相统一,丰富大学生职业生涯规划内容和深度。
In view of the characteristics of engineering students,teachers should carry out diversified ideological and political education in the teaching links of self cognition,career cognition and employment ability training of their career planning,integrate the career planning curriculum with innovative teaching of engineering practice,and combine the career planning curriculum with the construction of model branches of the Ministry of Education.Through on-the-spot experience of engineering practice,research on key enterprises,pursuit of red memories,interviews with model figures,heart to heart talks with Party members,etc.,the ideological and political elements and moral education functions contained in the career planning curriculum are deeply excavated,so as to achieve the unity of Ideological and political education and professional career planning knowledge teaching,and enrich the content and depth of college students’career planning.
