摘要 目的:研究分析泌尿外科临床教学中应用3D打印技术的效果。方法:回顾性研究2019年6月至2021年6月在湘南学院临床学院实习的80名泌尿外科实习生,根据实习时间先后顺序将所有实习生分为两组,对照组(40例)采用传统教学方法,研究组(40例)采用基于3D打印技术的临床教学,观察评估实习生出科考试成绩、临床教学效果、教学满意度。结果:研究组基础理论知识、临床操作技能得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组理论知识、基本技能、学习兴趣、沟通能力及逻辑思维能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组、研究组教学满意率分别为75.00%、95.00%,研究组教学满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施基于3D打印技术的临床教学能够有效提高实习生考试成绩及临床教学效果,同时有利于提升实习生对临床教学工作的满意度。 Objective:To study and analyze the effect of 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of urology.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 80 urology interns who practiced in Clinical College of Xiangnan University from June 2019 to June 2021.All interns were divided into two groups according to the chronological order of practice.The control group(40 cases)adopted traditional teaching method,and the research group(40 cases)adopted clinical teaching based on 3D printing technology.Observe and evaluate the trainee’s exam scores,clinical teaching effect and teaching satisfaction.Results:The scores of basic theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge,basic skills,learning interest,communication ability and logical thinking ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of the control group and the research group were 75.00%and 95.00%respectively,and the teaching satisfaction rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of clinical teaching based on 3D printing technology can effectively improve the students’test scores and clinical teaching effects,and is conducive to improve the satisfaction of the students with clinical teaching work.
