摘要
基于论文合作数据,采用社会网络分析方法,以五年为窗口期,构建了2000-2013年间高校合作网络;将高校研发活动拆解为研究和转化两个阶段,并利用网络数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)模型分别测算两阶段效率值;进而探究了网络特征指标对研发效率的影响。研究结果证明了合作网络结构对过程导向的研发绩效的影响。结构洞(Structural Hole,SH)和度中心性(Degree Centrality,DC)对研究绩效的正向影响被证实,关系强度(Tie Strength,TS)则表现出对研究绩效的负面影响。同时,度中心性的成本也在其与转化效率的负相关关系中被揭示。根据结论提出了针对高校发展合作关系的建议。
Based on publication cooperation data,this study employs social network analysis to construct a university cooperation network for the period from 2000 to 2013 with a five-year window.The university's R&D activities are divided into two stages:research and technology transfer.A network Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)model is then applied to measure the efficiency of each stage separately.The study further investigates the influence of network indexes on R&D efficiency.The findings reveal the significant impact of collaboration network structure on process-oriented R&D performance.Specifically,structural holes(SH)and degree centrality(DC)are found to positively affect research performance,while tie strength(TS)exhibits a negative impact.Moreover,a trade-off associated with degree centrality(DC)is identified,as it is negatively correlated with technology transfer efficiency.Based on these conclusions,recommendations for fostering collaborative relationships among universities are presented.
