摘要
由于高等教育的大众化,我国政府越来越关注本科教育的发展。推行本科生导师制是深化本科生人才培养模式改革,提高本科教育质量,促进拔尖创新人才培养的重要举措。提高高校的人才培养能力也是我国“双一流”建设的主要目标之一。然而,我国本科生导师制的实施却不尽人意,制度实施流于形式,无法实现培养拔尖创新人才的制度目标。本研究以K大学为例,调查本科生导师制的实施现状。通过对政策文本的定性内容分析以及对导师和本科生的访谈,探讨了现有困境是什么。最后,本研究提出相应的对策建议,以完善本科生导师制的制度保障和落实导师指导,最终促进本科人才培养。
With the massification of higher education,the Chinese government is paying more and more attention to the development of undergraduate education.The implementation of undergraduate tutoring system is an important measure to deepen the reform of training mode of undergraduate talents,improve the quality of undergraduate education,and promote fostering top-notch innovative talents.Increasing the talent training capacity of colleges and universities is also one of the main goals of China's"Double First-Class"construction.However,the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system is unsatisfactory in China,and the implementation of the system is just a formality,which fails to realize the institutional goal of fostering top-notch innovative talents.This study investigated the implementation status of undergraduate tutorial system in K University as an example.Through qualitative content analysis of the policy text and interviews with tutors and undergraduates,it explored what the existing dilemmas were.Finally,this study proposed corresponding countermeasures to enhance the institutional safeguard of undergraduate tutorial system and the implementation of tutoring students,which will ultimately promote training undergraduate talents.
