摘要
目前,"一带一路"框架下的合作以双边合作为主,往往是"中国发起、中国推动、中国贡献",双边合作中不平衡、不协调的问题凸显。三方合作或多方合作将是在双边合作基础上推动"一带一路"建设的重要方式,通过充分发挥各方比较优势,实现资金、技术、人才、经验等要素的跨区域流动和最优配置,推动经济全球化发展,提升"一带一路"倡议国际合作水平。
For the present,cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative is mostly bilateral and often initiated,promoted and contributed by China,which tends to be imbalanced.Based on bilateral cooperation,trilateral or multilateral cooperation will be an important way to promote the joint building of the Belt and Road Initiative.It can bring each parties’comparative advantages into full play and achieve the optimal allocation of capital,technique,talent and experience by enabling their cross-border mobility.Thus,it could raise BRI international cooperation to a new level and advance economic globalization.
